Product Type

Spray nozzles are manufactured from a wide variety of materials that have been determined to meet the usual requirements of the applications most commonly associated with that type of nozzle. Standard materials include brass, steel, various stainless steels, hardened stainless steels, many plastics and various carbides. Spray nozzles can also be supplied in other materials upon special request. Materials of construction affect nozzle wear life and resistance to corrosion and abrasion.

Air-Actuated Hydraulic Nozzle with Flow up to 5 gpm

Air-Actuated / Hydraulic Atomizing nozzles use only liquid pressure as the force for atomization, spraying at up to 180 cycles per minute. A variety of nozzle bodies are available for convenient mounting and positioning. Models are available with extensions and with a recirculating option to optimize performance.
